The Board processes and approves the received membership applications received. The members of the Facility Management Association - IFMA Finland ry undertake to follow the rules of the association (in Finnish).

The membership fee for 2025 decided at the association's annual meeting is 190€. For new members joining during the end of 2025, the membership fee for the rest of the year is 47,50€.

The membership fee for 2026 will be decided at the annual meeting in the spring of 2026. ​

Student membership is free of charge and does not include the above-mentioned benefits of IFMA's international membership.
